Product Availability

 

All our products are handmade to order and will be dispatched within 28 days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within 28 days you will be contacted via the email address with which your order was placed and you will be advised of an expected dispatch date and of your right to cancel your order if so choose, in which case any payment made by you will be fully refunded.

 

Regrettably Geeza Products are not available in the USA or Canada.

 

Ordering Errors

 

All online orders are made via PayPal secure online payment facility and can be amended or cancelled at any point during your shopping process until you confirm payment. Once your transaction has been completed you will receive an receipt for you payment via email directly from PayPal and will be redirected to Geeza Products confirmation page which will acknowledge receipt of your order. If at this point you notice that you have made an error on your order, for example chosen the wrong finish or omitted to provide other information, please email customer services within 24 hours so that your order can be amended.

 

Delivery Charges

 

All delivery charges are detailed on our services page. Delivery charges for online ordering are added for delivery in the UK only. For delivery outside the UK an invoice will be emailed to you for the additional delivery cost (less that already paid) which must be paid in full before your order will be dispatched. Multiple item orders will be packaged and dispatched as a single delivery where appropriate (consideration will need to be given to cost and damage limitation of your goods in transit) and any saving on delivery cost will be refunded to you if appropriate. Please note that delivery costs are calculated on both weight and size of packages.

 

Orders will be sent 1st class via Royal Mail or similar to the address stated on your order form. Please not that a signature is required upon delivery.

 

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Orders

 

On completion of your payment transaction you will be redirected to Geeza Products site where we will immediately confirm your order and acceptance of your payment. Acceptance of you order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

 

Pricing

 

All prices shown are in £ sterling (Delivery charges displayed and added accordingly). Payment in full must accompany your order, which can be made online via PayPal. Payment by cheque is also welcomed but will require bank clearance prior to your order being processed.

 

Any discrepancy in pricing will be advised via email at which point you will be given the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.

 

Security and Data Protection

 

Geeza Products does not have access to your card details as online payments are made via PayPal. Full details of the PayPal payment protection policy are available on their website at www.paypal.com

 

Privacy Policy

 

Any information collected at the time of ordering is purely for our own use and collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is only collected for the purpose of fulfilling orders and will not be sold or used by any other third parties. We may from time to time send marketing material or product information to existing  customers. If you prefer not to receive information please advise so that we can amend our records by emailing admin@geezaproducts.com providing your name and email address.

 

Our Guarantee

 

If you are not delighted with your products please return them within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or exchange providing the product is not damaged. We regret that we can not refund the original delivery cost.

 

Faulty and Damaged Goods

 

In the unlikely event your product is damaged in transit or faulty, please retain the item and its original packaging and inform us immediately by email or phoning 02392 615394 so that we may make the necessary arrangements to rectify the situation.  A full refund will be made or a replacement item sent. Please note that damage caused through neglect,  accident and/or misuse by yourself will not be considered.

 

Complaints

 

If your are not satisfied with our products or with the service you have received by either ourselves or one of our approved distributors then please email us giving details of the nature of your complaint, your full name and contact details. We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within 5 working days.

 

Disclaimer

 

All our products are handmade to order and therefore some slight variation may occur however we pride ourselves on the quality and finish of all our products and no item will be sold that we do not consider to meet our standards.

 

Law and Jurisdiction

 

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.

 

Your Statutory Rights are not  affected.
